Returns Policy

General returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your book if it complies with the following:

I. The book is in new condition.

II. The author hasn’t added a signed message (that you requested).

III. The book is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Once we have recieved the book, we will refund the price of the purchase, excluding delivery. Please note: the cost of return to us is paid by the customer and cannot be refunded.

Returns process

I. Go to our TOMS Anglican Churches website https://www.toms4christ.com/contact and let us know your invoice number, purchase date, and the issue you’re experiencing.

II. We’ll issue you with a Return Authorisation including a delivery address to make the return. Please repack the book to ensure it gets back to us in resalable condition. The cost of return postage is nonrefundable.

III. After receiving your book, we will refund your purchase price, less postage, to your original payment method.

Lost or Damaged Items

We use Australia Post Registered Post to ensure we can track and monitor your order.

If your book has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please go to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/beta/track/search and type in your tracking number to see where your order is up to. If you are concerned, please use the link to report your parcel is missing https://helpandsupport.auspost.com.au/s/missing-or-lost-item?trackingId=TMP1969100404004382493097

If the book was damaged during delivery, please follow the returns process above and provide a photo of the packaging and of your book  to evidence the claim.

If the return is authorised, we will refund you the price of the book including original shipping cost once we have successfully concluded our claim with Australia Post.
